Ordering

All items on Engjelli are stocked and ready for purchase. Orders are filled in this instance in the order that they are received. Your shopping cart does not reserve any items. Orders that have been processed are based on payment approval and stock.

Further personal information may be needed by Engjelli to confirm identity. If more information is needed, we will try several times to get in touch with you. We will make an email contact effort and wait for a response for at least 48 hours. If the customer doesn't respond after 48 hours, the order could be canceled.

Shipping

After your purchase, all goods are prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days. Only use the estimated delivery date as a guide.

There are no merchandise exchanges or returns available every purchase is final.
